Tax Strategies and Savings for Family Caregivers – In-Person and Online Attendance Options

Certified Public Accountant Joshua Burwell will present on tax strategies for family caregivers, with a primary focus on Pennsylvania tax benefits, plus tax advantages on the federal side as well. If you are a parent or guardian for a person with disabilities, this session will provide information to help you save and strategize for a more financially beneficial tax season.

 

Speaker Series for Family Caregivers

Skills of Central PA, Inc. and The Arc of Blair County are partnering to offer a free series of monthly educational presentations! The presentations are open to the public and geared toward families of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As COVID-19 remains a concern for our community members, these rescheduled events will be offered with two options for attendance: online via Zoom, or in-person at The Arc of Blair County at 431 Jackson Ave., Altoona, PA 16602. Per government mandate, masks will be required for in-person attendees; we encourage you to attend online if masking is an impediment.
