Skills Family Handbook
Skills provides residential, community, and behavior support services for individuals with developmental, mental and/or physical disabilities in central Pennsylvania, and programs for children and adolescents requiring protective custody in Blair County.
Established in 1960, Skills is one of the oldest and largest organizations in central Pennsylvania to provide programs for individuals with disabilities and others who need support.
